Hi! Does warmboard system work with cork flooring, and if so, does it matter whether the cork is click tile, or glue-down tile? Yes. Cork flooring absolutely works with Warmboard. Both standard cork flooring and cork laminate work well. See page 31 for details.

Is this practical for solar power? Very. Most solar power systems generate water temps in the 110-120ºF range, which is ideal for Warmboard (while other radiant systems typically require higher water temps).
