Legal terms: Permission to use submitted photos for marketing purposes
Every participant who signs up for the contest is giving their approval for the following statement: I give permission for images I submitted, appear to be used by Warmboard Inc. for publications. In particular, I note that this may include use in print and digital media, including the Internet and official social media platforms. I understand that Warmboard Inc. will not be accountable should overseas recipients of the images breach US privacy laws and that I will not be able to seek compensation for it. I have read and understand this notice, and consent to the collection, use and disclosure of images I submit, including disclosure to overseas recipients, as outlined.
About the photo submissions and evaluation criteria
Each picture must display different positions or angles of Warmboard Comfort System installed or being installed. Anyone involved in the project can submit the pictures. Only the first submission of the same project will be evaluated.
Photos must be clear and well-lit. Quality of pictures must be high resolution, no more than 15MBs size per picture, avoid blurry images and showing people’s faces.
Videos are welcome but are not going to be considered for the evaluation.
The photo submissions will be evaluated by a panel of industry experts from Warmboard Inc. following this criteria:
- Cleanliness and organization of the installation
- Use of modern materials and techniques
- Overall aesthetic appeal
About the prizes, the top 3 winners will be given discounts of $2000, $1000 and $500 US Dollars respectively for their next new Warmboard project. Not eligible for ongoing projects before winners announcement on November 1st, 2023.
