Lochinvar Recall

Warmboard has been made aware of a voluntary recall relating to certain Lochinvar Noble boilers, the unit which helps power our Warmboard Comfort System. Your system may be impacted by this recall. 

We are pleased that although Lochinvar has stated that there have only been a very few minor instances related to the boilers at issue (none relating to Warmboard products), Lochinvar voluntarily decided to take this step and are standing behind its product. We will contact you with any additional details we receive relating to this recall. In the meantime, we wanted to share this information with you right away. 

Step by step for Lochinvar Recall

To know if your Lochinvar boiler is recalled, followed this guide:

  1. Go to https://www.waterheaterrecall.com where you search the affected boilers by serial number.

  2.  Find the recall dated November 2, 2023, then click on the word “Lochinvar” to see if your boiler qualifies for the recall.

  3. Enter your boilers serial number in the form and click the submit button. To find your boilers’ serial numbers, just look for this label in the upper cabinet of the boiler.:

  4. If you qualify for the recall, you will see this:

  5. If you received the message above, reach out to your Project Manager at Warmboard. They can begin the process of getting your recall process underway. If you do not have the direct number of your Project Manager, call 1.800.556.0595. You will need to provide your name and project address along with some additional information.
